Are these prices fixed, or will the final cost be higher?
They are starting points, not fixed prices. The figure shown is what a focused, straightforward project in that category costs. Your exact price is confirmed after requirements review, before work begins or you commit.
What is the cheapest way to start working with Boaz Build?
Brochure and multilingual brochure design starts at $79, and logo and brand identity design starts at $99. Both are complete projects in their own right, and both are common first projects for businesses that want to see how we work before commissioning a website.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee to keep my website running?
No. Websites are built in WordPress using only free tools, so there is no mandatory retainer and no locked premium plugins. You will still need your own hosting and domain. A monthly website care plan covering updates, backups and security monitoring is available if you want it, but it is entirely optional.
What does the yearly software support plan cover?
It applies to custom web applications, and covers agreed security updates, bug fixes and maintenance tasks. Support hours, response windows and exclusions are defined in your quote; new features are scoped separately. It renews annually and is optional. The build price stands on its own.
Why does custom software cost so much more than a website?
A website presents information. A custom application supports a workflow, calculations or integrations. We review the requirements, data and validation needs before preparing a quotation.
Can I start with one service and add others later?
Yes. You can book any core service individually and add the rest whenever you are ready. Starting small does not make the later work more expensive.
What does the Complete Business Setup package give me that booking services separately does not?
Coordination. Everything is built in parallel around one brand system and launched together, rather than arriving piecemeal over several months from different suppliers. The logo is finalised first, then the website, catalogue, social profiles, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp automation are all built to match it. Typical delivery is 15–22 days after required inputs are ready; your quote confirms the schedule. Custom software is quoted separately.
How and when do I pay?
Payment terms are confirmed in your personalised quote before work begins, and are agreed individually for each project. There are no charges of any kind before you have seen and accepted a quote.
Do you work with businesses outside Gujarat?
Yes. Boaz Build is based in Gujarat and works with clients across India, including exporters selling internationally. All work is delivered remotely, and brochures and websites can be produced in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
What if I am not happy with the result?
A reasonable number of revisions is included in every project, agreed at quote stage. The delivery window is built to allow for feedback rather than treating it as an afterthought.
