This notice explains how Boaz Build handles personal information when you visit boazbuild.com, ask for a quotation or work with us. Boaz Build is a design and development studio based in Gujarat, India.

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, selected services and preferred project timeframe. Business name and project details are optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

If a project proceeds, correspondence may include your brief, approvals, business content, delivery files and billing information needed for that project. Please share only information relevant to the work. Do not put passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in the public enquiry form.

Website hosting, security and form tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps and error or security logs. This supports delivery of the website, troubleshooting and protection against spam or misuse.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, enquiry and project processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform a contract. We may also process information to meet legal obligations and, where permitted, for legitimate interests such as securing the website and managing business correspondence, subject to your rights.

Where we rely on consent, including for optional technologies that require it, you can withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Information is handled through the systems needed to run the website and communicate with you, including hosting, website administration, form storage, email and security services. Relevant information may be made available to people or providers helping deliver your agreed project. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with law or address a legal claim.

If you choose a WhatsApp or social-media link, you interact with that external provider under its own terms and privacy notice. The privacy notice on a third-party website or service governs activity there.

Boaz Build operates from India, so information you send from another country may be accessed and handled in India. External communication or infrastructure providers may also process information in other countries. Contact us before sharing project data if you require a particular hosting location, data-processing agreement or transfer arrangement; those requirements must be reviewed and agreed for the project.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements remain applicable. This notice does not represent that all information stays within the EU or within a single country.

Retention depends on the purpose of the record. Enquiry correspondence is relevant while we respond and discuss possible work. Project records may be needed through delivery and support, and afterwards for accounting, legal obligations or resolving claims. Security records have a separate operational purpose.

We assess retention by the status of the enquiry or project, the continuing need for the information and applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion or ask about the retention of a particular record. Information that must be retained for a lawful reason may not be immediately deleted; backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires.

You can ask us to explain how your information is used, provide access, correct inaccurate information or consider deletion. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Email projects@boazbuild.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Describe the request and the email address or project it concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You do not need to send an identity document unless we explain why it is necessary.

The website uses HTTPS and security tools, but no online service can promise absolute security. If you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly.

We may update this notice when our services or handling of information change. The date above identifies this version. This notice concerns Boaz Build’s own website and business communications; processing personal data within a client’s website or application may require a separate project agreement.
