Getting started
How do I get started with Boaz Build?
Fill in the form on the contact page with the services you need and your preferred deadline. We’ll review your requirements and prepare a free, no-obligation quote. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp if you would rather talk it through first.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing starts from $79 for brochure design, $99 for a logo and brand identity, $129/month for SEO, for social media growth, and $349 for a website. The Complete Business Setup package starts at $1,499. Custom applications are quoted after requirements review. Every project is quoted exactly after a free consultation. Prices are shown in Indian rupees, US dollars, pounds or euros depending on your region, and you can switch currency yourself using the selector above the prices.
Is the quote really free, and is there any obligation?
Yes, genuinely free, and no obligation. There are no charges of any kind before you have seen and accepted a quote. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you that rather than take the project.
How and when do I pay?
Payment terms are confirmed in your personalised quote before work begins, and are agreed individually for each project.
Delivery and timelines
How fast can you deliver a project?
Delivery is agreed after we review your scope, content and access requirements. Custom applications typically take 2–6 weeks, and Complete Business Setup 15–22 days. Your written quote confirms the schedule for your project.
How long does a website specifically take?
Most websites are delivered in 5 to 10 days depending on scope. A logo and brand identity runs 5 to 8 days, brochures 8 to 12 days, and the Complete Business Setup package 15 to 22 days end to end.
What could make my project run late?
Almost always, feedback. Delivery timelines depend on content and approvals arriving from your side in good time. The agreed window assumes you can respond within a day or two at each review point. If your content is not ready when we start, tell us and we will plan around it.
Can you work faster if I am in a hurry?
Sometimes, depending on scope and what else is scheduled. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will say honestly whether it is achievable, rather than agreeing and then missing it.
Websites and ownership
Will I be able to edit my own website?
Yes. Every website is built fully editable in WordPress using only free tools, so you are never locked into a proprietary platform or a mandatory retainer.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. There is no mandatory retainer and no locked premium plugins. You will need your own hosting and domain. A monthly website care plan covering updates, backups and security monitoring is available if you want it, but it is optional.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
We can guide you through setup, and we can work within your existing hosting too. The hosting account stays in your name, which means you keep control of it.
Do I own the final files?
Yes. Full ownership and source files are yours once the project is complete.
Can you redesign an existing website rather than start over?
Yes. Redesigns and rebuilds are common. If parts of your current site work well, they can be kept.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. A monthly website care plan is available covering updates, backups and security monitoring. For custom software there is a separate yearly maintenance and support plan from $550/year.
Design, branding and languages
Can you handle multiple languages?
Yes. Brochures, websites and content can be adapted into multiple languages, including Hindi and Gujarati, for the markets you sell into. This is genuine adaptation for the market rather than machine translation dropped into the same layout.
Which languages can you translate a brochure into?
Tell us your target markets when you request a quote and we will confirm coverage. Hindi, Gujarati and English are the most common, and they are the ones we work in most often.
How many logo concepts do I get?
You will receive multiple initial directions, then refine your favourite into the final logo.
Can you design from scratch if I have no existing materials?
Yes. We can write supporting copy and source layout elements as needed.
Do you handle printing as well?
We deliver print-ready files. The printing itself is arranged with your local printer, which usually works out cheaper and lets you check a physical proof before a full run.
Software and automation
What kind of custom software do you build?
Product selectors, engineering calculators, quotation tools, performance graph generators and dealer portals. If it runs on data and rules, it can usually be built.
Can I try something before commissioning a build?
Contact us to discuss a walkthrough relevant to your requirements and the scope of your proposed application.
Can our team update the product data ourselves?
Yes. Every tool includes a simple admin panel so your team can update models, prices and charts without touching code.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Most setups work well on the free WhatsApp Business app, and we will advise if your volume genuinely needs the API. Automation handles the first response; you stay in control of real conversations.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We regularly integrate with ERPs, payment gateways, CRMs and other third-party APIs.
SEO and results
How fast will I see SEO results?
SEO is a long-term channel. Most clients see meaningful movement within 6 to 12 weeks. Anyone promising faster than that is either lucky or not being straight with you.
Do you guarantee a number one ranking?
No. Nobody can ethically guarantee rankings, because nobody controls Google. We focus on sustainable, lasting improvement instead, and we will show you what actually changed.
Is SEO a one-time service or ongoing?
The foundation is one-time — site structure, metadata, structured data and technical fixes. Ongoing monthly SEO is available for compounding results, but the foundation has value on its own.

Where is Boaz Build based, and do you work outside Gujarat?
Boaz Build is based in Gujarat, India, and operates as a service-area business rather than a walk-in office. We work with clients across India, including exporters selling internationally. All work is delivered remotely.
Is Boaz Build a registered business?
Yes. Boaz Build is a registered Indian MSME.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
The person building your project. There is no account manager relaying messages, which is one of the practical advantages of working with a small studio.
How many revisions do I get?
A reasonable number of revisions is included in every project, agreed at quote stage so nobody is guessing. The delivery window is built to allow for feedback rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Can I start with one service and add others later?
Yes. You can book any core service individually and add the rest whenever you are ready. Starting small does not make the later work more expensive.
